Once you’ve identified the home you wish to buy, make an offer. It’s important that you outline the terms of your offer, and that you have funding in place and what it is subject to.
Survey, exchange & complete

When you agree terms, you’ll pay a booking deposit to the agent. Arrange a surveyor, sign a contract, and pay 10% when your solicitor is satisfied with the title. On completion you pay the remainder and move in.
